On April 23, 2015, Reichenbacher Hamuel will once again warmly welcome the participants of the Girls‘ Day

Reichenbacher Hamuel convince mainly by their flexible products, quality “Made in Germany” and their excellent service. As a member of the innovative SCHERDELGroup with more than 4,000 employees in 11 countries all over the world we can rely on practical synergies to obtain the utmost benefits for our customers.

The Girl's Day provides the girls with a good opportunity to get acquainted with certain technical occupations and discover them as a possibility for their future. In offering this experience, Reichenbacher Hamuel make their contribution in increasing the share of female employees in so-called “male occupations”, and thus in reducing the shortage of skilled workers in mechanical engineering.

During a factory tour, the girls will have the chance to get answers to their questions and to talk to apprentices in the professions of industrial mechanic and mechatronic technician. Afterwards, the girls can do active brazing and soldering, as well as milling, and can try out work processes typical for technical occupations. They may keep the work-pieces manufactured as a souvenir.
