Reichenbacher Hamuel starts a new offensive for more service for the customers. Our machining centres are known for high capacity and reliability, long life and special ease in operation, mounting and service.
For optimum use of these advantages a service unit has been founed for the worldwide after sales service for Reichenbacher Hamuel machines. For our customers this means quick reaction in case of machine maintencance and repair as well as flexible service during purchasing time and afterwards. One task of the new service unit is a continuous determination of requirements and attendance of our customers. Nothing is more expensive and unpleasing than a standstill of your equipment.
Immediate service
With this new initiative Reichenbacher Hamuel once again show their innovative thinking that only aims for the customers' increased service demands. There is a record of each delivered machine showing all special features of the machining centre. Whenever a customer calls, our service team knows what it is about. You can contact our after sales service under the existing phone numbers from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
There is also an off-time service hotline availabe for you:
Monday - Friday: 5:00pm to 22:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am to 16:00pm
