Reichenbacher Hamuel has great experience in the manufacturing of machines and machining centres for the woodworking industry. Multi-functionality is proven by the 3-axis as well as the 5-axis machines for the machining of three-form faces (three-dimensional machining) and several multi-axis machines for special machining demands. Depending on lot-size and machining complexity the woodworking customer can choose from our entire machine program.    The Reichenbacher Hamuel machining centres stand out for absolute precision and highest working speed. These charcteristics are guaranteed by a high machine dynamic and machine rigidity. The choice of reliable standard componentries permits aggregate equipment according to individual customer requirements and thus brings flexible problem solutions for any machining tasks.    
     
900 to 1000 steps of solid wood leave the works of the Günztaler Treppenbau GmbH each day. 
A unique ECO 650 B with loading robot makes this possible. However, each step is a unicum in dimension. 		  With the cardanic working head you have a multitude of designing possibilities in the five-axis machining. The swivelling range allows efficient machining with a reduction of additional aggregates.
     
     
With the variable use of clamping devices and aggregates the Reichenbacher Hamuel machining centres can be adapted to all production requirements.   With the pintable, a unique version of table and clamping system, new possibilities are opened in the unit production. The workpiece is immediately ready for machining, setting time is almost null.
