The machine’s four-sided construction minimises machining forces and dead load on the working aggregates.
With a choice of table type (grooved table, plane table or beam table), together with a variety of stops and clamping devices, the table layout can be adjusted to suit specific manufacturing needs. The wide variety of configurations and functions demonstrates the capability of the UNIVERS to be customised to meet customer requirements. High-dynamic servo-motors and ground guides have power and strength in reserve. Optimised drive adjustment provides extraordinary feed performance to give the highest levels of contour accuracy.
