Reichenbacher Hamuel and J. Schmalz GmbH show how to meet the challenges of the market with innovative machine concepts. A machining centre, type VISION II-Sprint, and a vacuum handling system of Schmalz are the result of a perfect system for panel operation.

In order to regulate the loading of the CNC machining centre optimally, the theatre designers decided to purchase a vacuum handling system of Schmalz. With the vacuum hoisting system big panels will be handled ergonomically and efficiently. The rational loading and unloading of the machine by only one person reduces the production downtimes and increases the productivity by 50%. Besides, the extended operating unit guarantees a necessary safety distance to the user in order to avoid industrial accidents.
