Trends in machinery for the processing of composites

Reichenbacher Hamuel, pavilion 7.3, booth R61

The JEC Europe at Paris is one of the most important trade fairs for the composites industry. There is a constantly growing market for these materials and Reichenbacher, a German manufacturer of CNC-lines for the processing of composites, will present up-to-date solutions for a production making efficient use of resources, as well as for optimised value creation chains, on the occasion of the JEC at the beginning of March. The use of fibre composites is a key technology in the  automobile, boat and railway vehicle construction, as well as in the aircraft industry. In these industries, in particular, the intelligent CNC-series from Reichenbacher are convincing all along the line, as these machines are made for guaranteeing the highly dynamic machining of formed deep-drawn or GRP-/CFRP components in an optimum way and at consistent quality.

The satisfaction of our national and international customers tells its own tale, and some impressive components will be on display in booth R61 of pavilion 7.3. The expectations of our customers regarding a high up-time of the lines at maximum flexibility are enormous, as they are facing an ever increasing product variety and thus the demand for a quick availability of the components. Decades of experience gathered by Reichenbacher are the groundwork on which we are capable of offering future-oriented solutions to the user, as the optimum interaction between quick machining, quality and flexibility warrants for our customers' security of investment.
